HiBizz does not host political rallies, party meetings, campaign events, election-related gatherings, or any activity designed to promote, endorse, or oppose a political party, candidate, or public referendum. This includes events where political branding, campaign materials, or partisan messaging are the primary content. HiBizz is a neutral, professional space and maintains this boundary to serve its diverse client base without exception.

HiBizz does not host events that promote, advertise, or facilitate gambling, betting, casino activities, or gaming of any kind. This includes promotional events, product launches, networking events, or branding activities conducted by or on behalf of casinos, online gambling platforms, sports betting companies, or lottery operators. The venue and its branding must not be associated with gambling-related activities.

All events at HiBizz must be professional, business-focused gatherings. The venue is not available for weddings, birthday parties, personal celebrations, or any non-business event. Organisers are responsible for ensuring that the content and conduct of their event comply with these policies. HiBizz reserves the right to restrict entry, pause, or terminate any event that violates these terms, without refund. Any damage to the venue or its property resulting from non-compliance will be charged to the organiser.
