What types of events is HiBizz designed for?

HiBizz is purpose-built for business events, corporate meetings, conferences, workshops, seminars, training sessions, product launches, networking events and private business gatherings. We are not a wedding or party venue.

What is the seating capacity?

The hall accommodates up to 200 guests in theatre-style seating and up to 80 guests with round table (banquet) seating. Flexible configurations including boardroom, classroom and cluster styles are available.

Where exactly is HiBizz located?

HiBizz is located in Colvale, Mapusa, North Goa, easily accessible from the Mumbai–Goa highway, Mapusa town, Porvorim and Panjim, with on-site parking for your guests.

What packages are available?

We offer three packages: the Business Lunch at ₹35,000 (5 hours), the Business Dinner at ₹40,000 (5 hours), and the Full Day at ₹65,000 (8 hours). All include the full venue, HiCafe catering, high tea, and flexible seating for up to 200 (theatre) or 80 (round table). Add-ons like sandwich platters and sound systems are available.

Can you arrange catering?

Yes. HiCafe, our in-house catering partner, handles everything from tea, coffee and high tea to full corporate lunch and dinner packages. High tea is included in both packages. Sandwich platters are available as an add-on at ₹150 per head.

Can we bring our own food or alcohol?

Accepted Answer

Catering is served through HiCafe to guarantee quality and hygiene. HiBizz is a strictly alcohol-free venue. The consumption, service, or promotion of alcohol is not permitted under any circumstances. Please refer to our Venue Policy for full details.

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations made 14+ days before the event receive a refund minus a 10% admin fee. Between 7 and 13 days, 50% of the advance is refunded. Fewer than 7 days, the advance is non-refundable. Rescheduling is accommodated where possible. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.

Is audio-visual equipment available?

The venue includes a stage, podium and professional lighting. A full sound system is available as an add-on at ₹4,000, and our team can support your projector and presentation setup.

Yes, HiBizz offers convenient on-site parking for delegates and guests, with easy access from the main road.

How do I book a visit or check availability?

Accepted Answer

Use the Book a Visit page, call us directly, or message us on WhatsApp. We recommend booking your date at least 2–3 weeks in advance for peak business season.

Are political events or casino promotions allowed?

Accepted Answer

No. HiBizz does not host political rallies, campaign events, casino or gambling promotions, or any activity that promotes alcohol, gambling or political parties. Please refer to our Venue Policy for the full list of event restrictions.

Are pets allowed at the venue?

Accepted Answer

No. To maintain a clean, allergen-conscious professional environment, pets are not permitted at HiBizz.
